2. Services Offered

Tailored Threads specializes in custom-made clothing, including suits, sport coats, dress pants, and shirts. Our services are designed to provide personalized garments tailored to your specifications.

3. Ordering Process

Measurements: Accurate measurements are crucial for a proper fit. Clients are responsible for providing precise measurements, either through our online body scanning technology or by selecting standard sizes.

Customization: We offer a range of customization options to ensure each garment is unique. Clients must review and confirm all customization details during the ordering process.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The final price includes the cost of the garment and any applicable taxes.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

5. Production and Delivery

Production Time: Standard production time is approximately four weeks. Expedited services are available for an additional fee.

Delivery: We ship domestically within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

6. Alterations, Refunds, and Remakes

At Tailored Threads, our process is designed to deliver a garment with a quality fit that may require minimal alterations to achieve perfection. Custom clothing often benefits from minor adjustments to meet individual preferences.

Alterations

Here are common alterations our customers may encounter:

Jackets:

• Adjust sleeve length (shorten or lengthen).
• Taper the sleeves.
• Alter the sides by taking them in or letting them out, either through the side seams or the center seam.
• Raise or lower the collar.
• Adjust the overall length of the jacket.

Pants:

• Adjust the waist or seat.
• Taper the legs.
• Modify the hem length (shorten or lengthen).

Vests:

• Shorten the overall length of the vest.
• Take in the sides.

Shirts:

• Adjust sleeve length (shorten or lengthen).
• Taper the sleeves.
• Taper the body, either through the side seams or using darts.
• Shorten the overall shirt length.

If any of these adjustments are necessary, it is to be expected with custom garments. Should further alterations, such as letting out or lengthening, be needed and the fabric allowance is insufficient, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your garment.

Alteration Refunds and Remakes

If you use our body scanning technology and alterations cannot resolve the fit issue, Tailored Threads will cover the cost of a remake to ensure your satisfaction.

If you opted to select standard sizes and chose not to use the body scanning process, any desired remakes of the garment will require the customer to cover the cost.

The cost for remakes requested under these circumstances is 50% of the retail value of the garment.

Customizations and Their Remakes

We take pride in offering a wide range of customization options to create garments tailored to your preferences. Please note the following policies for customizations:

Incorrect Customizations: If your garment contains incorrect customizations due to an error on our part, we will remake the garment at no cost to you.

Customer-Selected Customizations: If you are dissatisfied with the customizations you chose, remaking the garment will cost 50% of the retail value.

Refund Policy: Please note that we do not offer refunds on orders, as each garment is uniquely designed and made to fit your specifications. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tailored Threads website, including designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Tailored Threads and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tailored Threads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific product in question.

9. Privacy Policy

At Tailored Threads, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled with care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

For customers using our body scanning app, we want to assure you that your privacy is our priority:

• We do not save any images taken during the scanning process.
• All data, aside from the measurements collected, is securely deleted immediately after the session.
• The measurements we collect are stored solely for the purpose of creating your custom garments and are protected in accordance with our strict data security standards.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
